If your easily irritable and quick to anger, you should stimulate the meridian that runs through your leg.
You should twist your leg inward and outward as shown in the image.
You should put at lot of strength into it.
You should continue for several days even if it hurts at first, the pain will gradually fade and you’ll feel refreshed.
