[A good shiatsu location for leg cramps]
If you have cramps often in your legs, you should use shiatsu at a location about three finger width from between your pinky toe and fourth toe.

You should apply strong pressure.
A stick or pen will do. Use it to press hard on it.
You only need to do it for the leg with a cramp. You wan to continue for three minutes. Please give it a try!
